Cisco switches reporting wrong percent memory use

I'm currently running NPM 8.5.1 SP3. CPU sticking at 100 Percent Utilization
I've got Orion 8.1 installed and on one of my servers, it shows that the CPU utilization is at 100 percent 24/7. When I check the server, it is averaging around 1% utilization and never goes to 100%. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Server at 100% CPU
new install - dual zeons 2.4 Gig - 3 gig of memory... Scheduler Service always about 50 per cent...when it isn't DW20 is...JobEngineService at 25-35 when Scheduler is chewing... Any help - most appreciated!
