Server at 100% CPU

new install - dual zeons 2.4 Gig - 3 gig of memory...

Scheduler Service always about 50 per cent...when it isn't DW20 is...JobEngineService at 25-35 when Scheduler is chewing...

Any help - most appreciated!

Whow...got rid of it, but what a pain!...

Deinstalled .NET 3.0...deinstalled .NET 2.0 SP...reinstalled 2.0 SP...repaired NPM...repaired APM...looking good!

Ah yes...the cause is the .NET 2.0 crashing...I noticed that this happened when I moved the DB to another server...I'm trying the SP1 update and a repair of APM...let us see what happens.
