I would like to tune the following "Config Change Report" (received after the nightly backup config) from the below screenshot. To make the report as realistic as possible, we were wondering if it is feasible to apply filters to it, for example base on "Time"? Does anyone know some options?

We need a filter to know, besides the Assigned tech when closing the ticket, the actual tech closing the ticket. Not all tickets are closed by the Assigned person.
