Config Change Report filtering

I would like to tune the following "Config Change Report" (received after the nightly backup config) from the below screenshot.

To make the report as realistic as possible, we were wondering if it is feasible to apply filters to it, for example base on "Time"?

Does anyone know some options?

Can you share your current code/logic for the report, as this is not a default report (well it isn't in our environment) as far as I can see?

I'm no SWQL guru but might be able to spot where you can adapt it to get what you want.
