I'm not one who believes in the marketing hype.
For me, what matters is what is being delivered and if it is done in a timely fashion.
Also the content being delivered needs to be meaningful and current.
My experience is that if a customer's product is good and things are done right, there is no need for marketing. The product sells itself.

I would have preferred questions relating to product improvements, or solarwinds pain-points, etc.

It is good that they are asking questions, but for me these are not the right type of questions.

Having a cool slogan doesn't make the tool better!

Survey completed 🫡 Nice to see SolarWinds asking for honest feedback on the messaging.

The line that landed best with me was “This is what you’re capable of now.”

That feels closest to how I see SolarWinds when it is used well. It is more than just collecting monitoring data; the real value is in how teams shape that data into clearer evidence, better operational state, and faster action.

Some of the other lines felt a bit broader, but this one felt more grounded. It speaks to what people can actually build with the platform day to day.

That is where I think SolarWinds is/can be strongest:

helping teams turn monitoring into something useful, actionable, and operationally clear.

Survey complete. Interesting choice of buzz words, but none of them 'snap' when associated with OSH or SaaS, IMHO.

I'd rather have been asked what needs to happen to the web interface for OSH, after all that's the only 'shape' that users interact with, every single day :)
