Any complaints on this version yet? We had all sorts of problems with ours including:

Closed status gone
Email to ticketing not working
'Dark Mode' on browsers not supported
Not able to sort by columns

We reverted back and will be opening a ticket for this, but was hoping it wasn't just our install that had problems. **Edited to mention we upgraded from 2026.1.21465

Same here. All that and more. 😡

It changed the URL's port to 8443, even though the setup screen inside of it still shows 443.
Sorting the Ticket list gave an error message that the tickets couldn't be read.
HTTPS says the certificate is invalid.
The style sheet makes most of the text too faint to read as it's too close to the background color to be easily picked out.
Most of the tech's logins fail.
Ticket Statuses were mostly not able to be selected. In Status Types the statuses showed up but weren't selectable when trying to close a ticket. Close was one of the many that were missing...only 3 were available in the ticket.

So far this is one of the worst updates I've ever seen. Windows ME was better than this. Please anyone considering updating to this new version, just say no. Wait until it's ready because I installed it and results were horrible and even rolling it back is failing to restore it to the mostly-working state that the last version supplied.
