Requirement to patch SAP application through

I have a requirement to patch SAP application like SAP GUI, SAP EPM & SAP Secure login client. Is it possible from Solarwinds patch manager.

Yes even I was looking for a way to patch SAP application from Patch Manager. But able to find one.

We cannot get PDQ. Can you suggest something from Patch manager only.

It could be, i have not been successful in do it with PatchManager, i have had success with PDQ deploy.   Look that up its a great tool.
