The CC e-mail addresses, from the client list

Can we have the ability for techs to add client e-mail addresses from the client tables for sending CC e-mails?

It is rediculous to have them type in e-mail addresses when the system already holds these.

We are an outsourcer and do not have access to each customer's AD. Hence the need to work from the Solarwinds WHD client details.

Therefore LDAP is not the solution for us.

Ah, understood then. The thing is, any tech can start typing the email address of the intended recipient and it will auto populate as long as the recipient is also a client in whd. From my experience, ldap linked clients populate faster than imported or manually entered clients but if the techs allow enough time the field will populate.

Consider altering your infrastructure to balance the load between different servers to improve response from your DB. One server for DB, one for daemons, one for IIS.
