Are you registered in the SolarWinds customer portal (https://customerportal.solarwinds.com/)? If not, please contact the admin for your account or your SolarWinds account manager to assist with getting you registered. There is an Education & Training with great training resources and both live & on-demand classes that are included in your support plan to best help with your Service Desk setup.

Of course you'll need to have the appropriate access as hboyd pointed out and should consider options that best fit your environment. If you have any specific questions, let me know!
