SWSD PowerBI data seems to be off?

Hello:

I have the Solarwinds dashboard setup with our data and it appears that a bunch of tickets are missing.  When we compare numbers in the dashboard on the actual site versus the KPI dashboard they are very different.  Am I missing something on what it actually pulls in?

I'm noticing the same thing.  It was working fine until a couple days ago.  My export to CSV data matches the system. PowerBI data is off by quie a bit.

As a follow up, is there a way to pull all incidents?  Maybe all incidents not closed or resolved?
