Hello. I am wanting to customize our homepage and see where the "Modern Theme" is supposed to allow that. When I go to Global Settings and Service Portal I do not see a Portal Designer. How do I access this?

Hi @NJL, once the modern theme is turned on you will see the portal designer option appear right under that. The portal designer is available for accounts on the professional and enterprise packages.
