Depends on the 3rd Party Platform, we have setup alerts to send to our SIEM system. These Alerts are setup in a way that the SIEM can process.

Where can I view the logs generated by solarwinds itself?

C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Logs or C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\SOLARWINDS\ORION\

Can these logs be sent to a third-party logging platform？

SIEM tools and other products like splunk have agents that can pull the log file data in near time.

Is it possible to view these diagnostic logs on a third-party platform?
