Trend comparison in solarwinds graphs

Question

I would like to be able to plot a graph for the same element comparing trends from similar times, for instance, Compare the total traffic trend for Monday this week to the total traffic trend for Monday last week. This can help in noting significant changes in trends.

Does solawrwinds provide this option?

Hi @Pemphero.Sibande,

You can use the "Over Time" report for this. The "Over Time" Report shows you how many incidents were Created, Assigned, Resolved, Closed, etc over time.

When setting the Resolution to "Day" and the Time Scope to " Created Time" you will get an overview of how many tickets were created per day for your time scope. This will allow you to easily compare the traffic per day of the week.

In addition, SolarWinds also offers trend Reporting, which might be interesting to you as well.
