When using a Custom Client Style sheet Chrome flags the log in page for trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources so user has to click shield and press load unsafe script. This needs to be fixed. ASAP.
I hope you called solarwinds support before hitting the forums.
Normally I end up dealing with Loop1Helpdesk for a hosting issue.
They advised me to go to thwack.com on the issue.
What is the best way to contact SolarWinds support if you are using the cloud hosted WHD?

On here peter.kruty is a solarwinds rep, give him a try.
What version of WHD are you running via the cloud?
Have you tried to delete and reload the custom css style?
Attached is a screen shot of the Look and Feel. The version Loop1Helpdesk is running appears to be 12.1.0.
Does that happen with any other browser?
It does similar in IE but we are able to mitigate the issue in IE buy changing a setting to Allow Mixed Content. Chrome does not seem to have that same setting.
Well other than updating to 12.2 or just using the classic CSS w/ the logo I'm out of ideas.
