Hi, we have sam 6.1, it correctly gets the status for HP servers, but apparently it cannot retrieve the DELL servers status.
Are there any known issues / fixes for this?

How are those Dell systems being polled? Is Asset Inventory and Hardware Health monitoring enabled on those servers? If so, can you see the servers make, model, and serial number displayed in the UI?
We poll the majority of things via SNMP, asset inventory has been enabled during last platform update and hardware health is present on most of the servers.
I can see all the hardware information without problems, for instance:
I've *** the last part of the serial number, but it's there in Orion.
It's like it can't poll from dell (while it can for HP servers)
Is the Orion server required to go through a proxy server to access the internet?
Yes, but I've already edited the proxy settings for the system user (via registry) and that's when the HP servers started to have data. I imagine that the same should apply to Dell servers as well, but I'm all ears.

I've tried with both solutions that are now in place (the first on on both our pollers, the second one on all our webservers).
HP warranty status is still working, Dell one is not unfortunately.
