After the last THWAK maintenance, I simply have lost my identitiy. I have been reduced to a typing symbol for a name.
Please help me restore my identity. My kids no longer call me Dad. Just "at".

I'm just kidding... ours all say that when there's no activity or messages etc. You are right that at some point a while back our name was up there but it hasn't been that way for quite a while I think... not sure when that changed exactly but maybe you didn't notice before. :^}
The @ symbol is an indicator of how many unread messages you have in you thwack inbox. Are you saying you should have unread messages?

Yes that changed when we upgraded the software at the beginning of February so when you see the @ symbol it will show you how many untead messages you have in your inbox but I promise we didn't erase your identity ️
And I'm all sitting here with 800 points like... oh my...
Yeah, logging in after the last major upgrade in Feb, I missed my name being there too....I felt a little down when I was no longer greeted with my name...just @. We're all alike now.
I kinda liked the @nonymity of it all.. LOL. Maybe they will at least put our level up there again.

I have to admit, I do miss that one feature. I'm not too put off my the removal of my name, but not seeing where I am in the rankings makes me frown each time I log in. Is that geeky?
That depends on your idea of geeky. I have my Solarwinds bobble head next to my iron man bobble head on my desk. I probably spend more time on Thwack than my own intranet and I cant seem to throw away these old PC parts I know we will never use again, but there is in my mind a chance... I think geeky is relative. Sr. Manager with 2 bobble heads on his desk, I only recently got rid of my Solarwinds ninja fatheads i had on my wall. Remember those, the male and female. I had both.... I think i have every t-shirt in the store and they have given away in the past 12 months, and I give out my Solarwinds stickers to the guys in the plant for their hard hats when they do good work. I told them, try to collect them all, LOL, sadly no one has.... I have to admit, the thinkgeek monkey sticker is more popular... Solarwinds needs an official mascot.
