SNMP Trap Conditions

Question

Hey all I need to filter out traps that contain a specific message I noticed the operator used when you select "is equal to" is like.

I just looked at the TrapRulesDetail table and theres a column for operator when you select "is equal to" the operator used is "like"

what do I need to do to get it to use "not like" basically I want the rules to ignore a trap that has this message in it.

Did you finnally found a way to filter the trap out?  I have a similar situation.  I want to perform action on all traps expect one.  (in my case I am forwardin the trap to another snmp manager)

Off hand, I would say go a step up and change the condition to 'when NONE of the following are true'
