Event history not displaying for 1 user

Hi Guys

We have one user who when they go into events in SW nothing displays. It was working couple of days but now nothing shows. They have tried multiple machines and different browsers and still nothing. Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated.

Try to verify user's access rights and limitations and views/dashboards limitations.
