Hello everyone,
I am isolating a polling off alert on one of the clients machine.
The polling method used is WMI so I am checking the WMI component as well as the connectivity between the client and the polling engine which I confirmed working.
Now I tried comparing the WMI Trace log on the machine with a polling off alert with the working client machine. And I found in the trace log that clients have different value on the NamespaceName when the polling engine tried to execute a query (Please refer to the screenshot for reference
