I am currently working on configuring the synchronization of user information from Azure Active Directory to the Solarwinds Service Desk application. However, I am facing an issue where we have three different groups in Azure AD, and all IT Admin users are members of these three groups. When I assign these three groups to different roles such as Administrator, Requester, and Service Agent User, the problem arises during the synchronization to Solarwinds Service Desk. The IT Admin users are being assigned the Service Agent User role instead of the desired Administrator role.
