Our team is utilize the queue and when they assign the ticket to themselves or a team member, we'd like to have any comments added either public or private sent to a specific group that we made. That way the team can see all the comments made on a ticket and chime in if they need to. Currently any public/private comments made are only notified to the assignee.
I tired creating some automation to notify when there is a private or public comment made, however the Generic Email Template doesn't appear to support {{main_event}} and so all that is displayed is the ticket with literally the words main_event and no other detals.
