SolarWinds All Nodes Report missing some nodes

I was requested to run the All Nodes report in SolarWinds but when I reviewed the report several of the switches in one group did not show.

I can seem to find out why this is happening. All the missing switches show in the MAP I have for all the nodes it just doesn't show on the report.

Is there some setting or configuration that I have missed?

Are you missing switches in a stack? That would be one reason. I would start with a search to see if someone has a report to list the switch stacks here int he report lab/thwack to see if that brings them up.

I have similar issue, when I generate all node report for last month, all the node are present in the report, but when I try to generate for this month or do a custom date (1st to 12th) I can’t find those node in the report.

What's the logic in the report? Is it restrictive in any way?

That said, the only 'All Nodes' report we have is the default one BUT that only shows all nodes managed by NCM. So I'd doublecheck your report logic to see if it is excluding, or narrowing the selection criteria in anyway.

To get the all nodes report, I created a custom property on the manage node dashboard. Then I included all nodes I want to generate the report for.

OK - so it isn't truly an ALL nodes report but a report on all the nodes in a specific group or in your case nodes identified by a custom property.

In which case, have you checked the nodes you know are missing that they have this specific CP assigned to them?

I've had issues with groups (not CP's) recently where the answer to remove them from the group first, and then re-add them. After doing that they appeared in my group. Be worth a try if nothing else obvious jumps out?

The missing nodes have the same CP. However, I will try out your suggestion and see the result. Hopeful ir works.
