I just noticed something weird. We have about 1,000 users synced into our SWSD via Azure AD. Disabled/termed users are filtered out and removed from SWSD automatically so only active employees and contractors should be in that list.
We currently have some of our technicians going back and retroactively changing the requestors and categories on incidents tickets to help improve the accuracy of pulled metrics and I noticed that for quite a few users, they'd drop down the box for 'Requestor' on the incident to change it and when they'd search for the correct user's name, it wouldn't return any results. If you go into the users tab in the 'Settings' menu, the user is immediately findable and an active user.
Does anyone have any ideas of why this may be? I thought maybe it was because some of these users have never submitted incidents themselves but in the example below, the user submitted an incident about a week ago and has logged into the portal.
