Am not able to monitor VPN in my paloalto. If i try to enable CLI monitoring am getting "Test Failed. Cannot enter Enable Level 0 : Unknown command: enable' then i have tried with the modified device template but still its getting failed.
Poll for paloalto test is getting sucess but when i submit am getting error pop up like "Entered credintials are not valid it will not saved" Now what is the issue where i need to check. The account which am tryinh is part of admin group all the API and log access also provided to that account still am unable to monitor paloalto insight site to site VPN and global VPN. TAC case 01352745 also raised for this before 10 days but still no idea about this issue. Anyone have any info about this issue please share.
