Issues with Importing Firmware Upgrade Templates from Thwack into Orion NCM

At the company I work for, we use SolarWinds Orion NCM. I am currently attempting to set up the firmware upgrade feature and am having some difficulty with importing firmware upgrade templates from Thwack.

From NCM, when selecting a template under the "Shared Firmware Upgrade Templates on Thwack" tab and then clicking, "Import," it asks for my Thwack log in. When attempting to log in, I get an error message that reads, "Unable to download Cisco ISR 4331. Please ensure your Thwack credentials have been entered correctly."

I've tried resetting my password a couple times, but no luck. Could there be an issue with my thwack account? Can anyone help with this?

I rather doubt it's a password issue.

Depending on your version, there may be a change in the way that the native system processes the results. At the top of the Firmware Upgrades page here on THWACK, there's a message directing you to a support article: 401 error when you attempt to import shared content from THWACK through the Orion Web Console (solarwinds.com).
