how we can activate license of Orion Scalability Engine?

hi friends,

in our company we use orion platform with main poller and 3 APE.
we have made update from 2020.2.6 to 2023.1.0.

when we tried to activate different license, we had found a new license to activate: Orion Scalability Engine.
we had bought only license for main poller and the 3 APE. and it's worked fine on 2020.2.6

can anyone explain to us how can we activate this license please?
