In my environment (an ISP-like environmnet) we have several ASR9000 series devices. Some of them are pulling hardware information (details of all cards, SFPs, etc.) while others only pull memory, CPU and the simple basics. They are all utilizing the standard SolarWinds pollers.
I'm looking for what is different between the devices - i.e. something ticked on the ones polling and not ticked on the others, but I'm not finding any differences. I've tried re-polling and re-discovering, but still not seeing the data in reporting - however I see data in Node Details.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Here's an example of what I'm seeing in the report - the BCJ device and the one reporting are 9K ASR devices.
