Example: HR sends in on/off boarding to MSP - MSP opens ticket on their system - Works on ticket and creates ticket on ours (WHD) - They close said ticket - We get the notice, and close the ticket on our end - this emails them back saying we closed their ticket on our end - the emailed notification re-opens the ticket for them
If the email/account is from a specific email - how do you eliminate the automatic email notice upon closure?
