I was wondering if it was possible to add a document to a service catalog ticket by default? We are wanting to add an SOP to a ticket that way we dont have to keep adding it when creating tickets,its there automatically.
This is something I would like to know as well. I have a couple of different use cases for this but the SOP is the main one.
