APE (in Azure) monitoring on-prem infrastructure, would this work?

One of our enterprise customers is in the process of migrating Data Center infrastructure into Azure. Most infrastructure at remote offices (100+) has either been migrated to cloud or eliminated. Can an APE be deployed in Azure (less than 200ms delay from infrastructure in those remote offices)?

Does Azure set any limits (blocks) on SNMP?

Yes, this is possible, you control the firewall rules in Azure and can allow SNMP and open the ports for Agents, API polling etc.

Thanks Steven, do you have this working. Customer planted conjecture in a meeting, so far have not been able to find find any indications in Microsoft/azure documentation indicating restrictions imposed to SNMP.
