I have been receiving alerts from SolarWinds about a hardware failure on a switch, however the report data is incomplete, where the string entry is not pulling the required data:
FR-EV-SW-01 has ${SensorsWithProblems}
${HardwareStatusDescription}
${LastPollMessage}
${Manufacturer}
${Model}
I have located the standardised template in SolarWinds Orion however unsure how to correct.
Could this be a report that hasnt been configured correctly
or
permission issue where Orion cant fully contact the hardware?
