I've added additonal APE's to our environment.They are having issues with nodes polling by SNMP.
They are not responding to polls, ICMP,Agent, WMI, are all good.
Do I have to configure the SNMP Security/Traps on the new pollers?
Test if you can do SNMP from the APEs going to the device. You can run SNMPwalk from the APE.

If that does not work, then it's most probably a network issue or your system firewall is just blocking the SNMP request.
You've got a potential block at the windows firewall out, network firewall, windows firewall in, or SNMP authorized list levels.
