Node Groups in Modern Dashboard

We have a number of grouped nodes within our standard/legacy dashboard view providing us the overall status of that group/service. Some of these are SQL servers, UPS etc and show the RAG status but we are moving to the modern dashboard and i would like to create a service dashboard with these groups/services for a NOC wall screen so a more appropriate view.

I have tried to make a simple display with big boxes one for each group but i haven't found a way to reference these groups to display it. Ive tried in the SWQL builder but not had any luck, even the usual google search have come up with nothing including some example don't appear to have node groups.

Does anyone know how to do this or have created one previously to help?

If your old UI had actual groups, you want to use the container table
If your old UI had stuff grouped by something, you want to use GROUP BY

For big boxes you probably follow the format
select status, count(1)

from [table],

group by status

(That's a pie really, to change for a box have a think about if you want to count ups or downs or whatever else, probably add a case statement or two)

You'd have to repeat that a bunch and maintain it.

Or use a table element which'll scale nicely but then no big boxes. Maybe you could do something fancy with the formatter though.

Old UI's good for this IMO, or Orion Maps/Or Orion Maps on an old UI
