Serial Number reports empty after the upgrade

Hello,

Last week we've updated to the new version 2022.4.1. After this I realized that the per-build Serial Number reports provided in Solarwinds are no longer working. it seems that the serial numbers are missing from the reports. Even though if we check on the device itself it has the serial tag there.

Is anyone else having this problem?

First thing to check, is it in the database? find the table used in the query for the report and verify the data exists.

Haven't heard this reported by others, did you happen to open a ticket?

This will be my next step, to open a ticket with SolarWinds support.

I've checked against the report provided by SolarWinds demo and seems to have the same setup.
