i want to add traps for APC devices at trap viewer but when i opened it the message appear ( running in read-only mode . some operations might not be available . ) so i need to add but i couldn't know how
my version is 2020.2.6
is there any way to add new traps files without log analyzer ??
What version Solarwinds are running? Trapviewer no longer works on the new version. You can see the traps by going to Alerts & Activity and click on Traps. But for full functionality you will need Log Analyzer.
