Can SNMP walk but monitoring Node is down

We have strange issue with using Solarwinds, the Node monitoring of our network devices is DOWN even though we can poll the interface/CPU/Memory and other hardware details using SNMP v3.

Tested SNMP walk on the Windows Solarwinds server no issue at all, and we can ping the devices. 

Currently using NPM version 120.2.50132.6.

Anyone has experienced the same issue? could you share how to fix? because most our node monitor are down even though we can reach or ssh our devices.

Can you ping the devices from the polling engine?

Try listing resources on a node to check whether ICMP or SNMP is being used for status monitoring. If you set to SNMP does the node show as UP?
