When we open a ticket from the Group Tickets page to close it, it will say it saved, but the ticket won't actually close. We have to go into My Tickets in order to close a ticket, which can make it difficult if we need to close a ticket assigned to another tech. Of course we can assign it to ourselves and close it, but we want to keep track of each tech's work. I have noticed that if I open a ticket and then edit it, sometimes it will actually close when I save it. It's not the end of the world, but definitely annoying.
