Field permissions in WHD

I need a way to create a request type (form) in WHD with certain fields in which only a particular set of users(not even Admins) can view/edit. The reason being , that some of the fields will contain sensitive information. It may be acceptable to limit visibility of the form itself.

Can this be done in WHD 12.7.8?

Not possible to stop Admins having access, we have achieved this in the past having a separate WHD instance with a different set of Admins involved ie HR dept.
