Notes field for user and group accounts

Admin >> Account >> Manage Accounts. Used to give Users and/or Groups access to Solarwinds.

Do we by any chance have some kind of Notes field anywhere in the security settings?

In my organization we require a Change Request for resource access. Would be nice to have a Note field for "added such-and-such date per CRxxxxxxxx".

Let me know if any ideas for a notes field or a workaround.

It would be useful and I can certainly see a "nice to have" for this in our environments. Sadly, I'm not aware of a notes field, nor do I think you can add one via a custom property.
