EoS Lookup Data Schedule

My company has two SW Orion deployments  - One for our production environment and one for our DEV. Both of the deployments are running Orion Platform HF4, NCM HF1, NPM HF3, NTA HF2, UDT HF3: 2020.2.6

Today, I had noticed that for the End of Support & End of Sales Lookup page, in the DEV environment, it has a banner that says "Find suggestions manually by clicking the Refresh Suggested Dates button or wait for the scheduled daily lookup at 02:15 am" 

In our PROD deployment, there is no mention of a scheduled daily lookup - The banner states "Find suggestions manually"

Is there a way to get the PROD deployment to run this on a schedule like the DEV env does?

There is a setting under Settings -> All Settings -> NCM Settings [ADVANCED] -> Advanced Settings where you can enable EOS autorun and select the required run time.

I suggest you take a look at that setting on both systems to ensure they are identical. The servers may also need internet access to your vendors EOS data to provide up to date information. Check if both systems have access to the internat.
