Issues with AAD provisioning users into Solarwinds ITSM

Hello all,

I have been following the very detailed videos to enable SSO and AAD intergration but I have hit a bit of a sticky patch. When doing the work in the enterprise app, I get the following error message for each userL

It's really quite vague and my google-fu seems to be weak. Any advise on what's gone wrong would be greatfully appreciated
