For some reason why does the S200 switch failed on doing backup configuration in kiwi cattools

I would like to clarify if there is any compatibility issues with the S200 to Cattools?

You can enable debugging and see communication with the device:

a. Use the CatTools File menu to select the "Enable capture mode" option.
b. Run the activity you are having trouble with. This should create a debug file in the \CatTools3\Debug folder.

The file will show you where the issue is.
