Since my company upgraded to WHD version 12.7.8 Hot Fix 1, our Techs no longer receive email notifications when a ticket is assigned to them. Have others experienced this issue? Is there a fix?
It is a bug in the latest version. There is a workaround: support.solarwinds.com/.../WHD-12-7-8-no-longer-sends-emails-for-other-Techs-in-the-CC-BCC-fields
Make sure you update to HotFix 2 as well.
Is this still an issue in 12.7.10?
The required line in the config file is included as standard in WHD12.7.10
