Sadly no there is not. There was an item on the former roadmap published by Samanage (before the SW takeover) to have up to four levels; this however seems not to have survived said takeover.

We're using this with a single custom field called "Subcategory Details", and then we use the Field Dependency setting to change the available options based on the Subcategory:
Hi, this is actually been made possible with the new dynamic forms and field logic functionality that was released back in early April. With dynamic forms and field logic you can either have completely new custom forms appear based on selections or individual fields. We decided to go this route instead of implementing the ability to have multiple sub sub categories as dynamic forms and field logic gives you more configuration.
