I have integration in place with ServiceNow but it seems some features are not working like ticket closer when alert reset. Earlier it was working but recently we update SNOW version to San Diego and it seems now we are unable to get values in close codes in SolarWinds. I raised case with Support team but they said this version is not yet supported and it will be the feature request.
Has anyone else faced the same issue in the San Diego version of ServiceNow?
