I am trying to set up an alert to notify me when a dial peer goes from an active stat to a busyout status. Has anyone set up an alert like this? I'm having a lot of trouble trying to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated.

I need an alert to show on my dashboard if this keepalive status is anything other than active. I'm not sure if this is even possible. I've contacted Orion Support and they can't help because this is outside the scope of their support.

This is most definitely something you'd have monitor with Universal Device Pollers (UnDPs). Did you check the Content Exchange and see if someone already has one for Dial Peers?

I have not look in the Content Exchange for any answers. I can try looking there and see if I can find anything. I'm still pretty new to Orion and SolarWinds, so I still have a lot to learn.

That's why we're here. Once you are able to "monitor the thing" with realistic data, then it's easier to help craft an alert.
