Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Configuration Backup

Hello, 

I've recently scheduled "Weekly Configuration Backup" job for our Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers. Unfortunately, it does not work according to my expectations. Out of nine WLCs that are included in the job, only one is successful. I've performed NCM credentials test in node properties. It was successful. The traffic is not blocked by the firewall. In the job report, I can see that the connection has been refused by the controller, hence my assumption that the issue is related to WLC. 

Is there any way to configure configuration backup for WLCs?

In order to understand more about what has happened to give you the 'Connection Refused' error, we would need to see the detailed job log. Please follow these instructions to generate a 'Session Trace' for these devices: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Generate-session-trace-logs?language=en_US

I would recommend reading through this yourself first, in case of any identifying information, but you can also post a redacted version here if you wish and we may be able to help with any errors you don't understand.
