images within solution not showing for other users

When i try to edit a solution created by another user, other users are seeing my edit but not any images i have uploaded. Is there an additional step to take to publish images within a solution article aside from adding the image through the add image button and saving the solution edit?

Can you walk me through the experience a bit more?

Are you successfully pasting an image into the edit, then hitting save, but the changes do not stick?

not exactly, i am selecting to add text to a solution and also an image (using the add image button), then I am hitting save.. After it is saved on another profile th4e images are missing from the blocks of text i have entered.

i believe i have isolated the issue. i was pasting a .doc into the description and where images were in the doc, a broken link would show. i was then clicking the broken link and clicking the add image button. this would replace the broken link with the image but only for me. if i delete the broken link and then hit add image, it adds correctly.

Well that doesn't sound good! I would definitely take this through our support channel as that is not working as intended.
