How to download the Deactivation Receipt file from the Licensing_DeactivationReceipts table?

I have multiple APE install. Where trying to activate the renewed licenses, I used the activation file on a wrong server.

In an effort to correct it, I deactivated the license on the wrong server but did not download the deactivation receipt. The deactivation has caused the particular server to disappear from the list of servers in license manager.

The intention was to reactivate the server back but first I need to complete the deactivation and then reactivate it back with the correct license file.

I can see the deactivation receipt in the database table. Can someone tell me how i can download it to complete the process?

I will greatly appreciate the a quick response from anyone who can help.

I think for this you'll need to raise a ticket with support. I certainly know of no way to achieve this.
