How do I backup my SWSD data offline? We have a requirement to perform offline backups of all SaaS providers-- e.g. SWSD, Slack, ZenDesk, etc.

We have an internal control that will require quarterly backups at a minimum.

I can't find anything in the admin console or documentation. Is writing a script for the API my only option?

I guess we can, but man, that's a lot of work.

Has anyone else addressed this issue? Am I just really bad at navigating the UI and there's a giant "Export" button that I missed?

Any suggestions are appreciated!

You can do this from within your enfironment as long as you're on the Professional plan or higher.

Setup > Discovery & Assets > Assets Management

Surely this only applies to assets and not the whole SWSD environment/data?

The whole platform! All of the tables that host records, such as Incidents, Changes, Problems, Hardwares, Other Assets.... Hope this helps!
